They are UFOs, but the real question is are they terrestrial or extraterrestrial? I would say without hard evidence (physical), then I would be inclined to think terrestrial unidentified flying object, whether that be a weather balloon or a Chinese lantern IDK.

Second video much better than the first one. Classic example of credible, unexplainable UFO sighting.
Would love to see a case in which people man the camera while a separate team heads toward the lights to see it up close. Keeping communication & cameras going on both ends.

History/Discovery channel should make a show on this called UFO chasers, instead of tornado chasers.

I'm inclined to say it was a Chinese lantern or helium balloon with LEDs. Last summer I saw what I thought was a police helicopter circling around a mile or two away and it turned out to be a big remote helicopter that was being flown about a quarter mile away. The operator had LEDS on it, green red and blue.
Now about a year ago, I did see a UFO. It streaked across the sky not quite fast enough to be a shooting star( but close), but way too fast to be a jet. It had two different sized lights, a bigger one in front and a smaller one right behind it. It vanished heading straight up higher into the sky. I reported it to the local airport not expecting it to be on radar but I wanted to verify a sighting if anybody else saw it and reported it.
So lights and videos are easy to be faked and weird floating lights are easily explained. Speed, that can't be faked or explained as easily.

Chinese lanterns, most likely caught in a current moving away from the camera. You can see the lanterns drifting and changing positions in relation to each other.

if I did see a flying saucer I'd keep it to myself. the gov't will come for you, shave your head and screw some fake antenae (maybe a spirally horn) on you and parade you in front of a bunch of their scientists just so they can declare you a fraud and further discredit the truth. Better to bide your time until they reveal themselves and then quick run over to their side of the line when things start to get dicey.

It was the scout ship Db'Yany from the Qriiing planetary cluster. After it landed in San Francisco I communicated with one of their crew members and it communicated back they were looking for a place to erect massive stone blocks resembling a M'bocheli.
Before my communicating with them I could have sworn they were lighted paper lanterns launched by Mufon to garner attention to themselves...

My father and I saw 5 flying saucers in broad daylight.. I was a young teenager .. we were headed over to a restaurant to pick up pizza and take home. We were stopped at a draw bridge which was loaded with cars and next to a marina full of people , a large summer crowd.
We were waiting for the bridge to go down and my father was leaning on the steering wheel , back then there were huge windshields in cars, and he was looking up at the sky.. he said.. '' What the hell!" Flying Saucers!! I leaned forward and looked up.. there they were . 5 disc shaped things,, made no noise. did not spin and were matte dark grey looking. We had our windows down.. back then many cars did not have air conditioning... We watched as they disappeared heading east over the ocean.
My father had a hard time dealing with it.. he knew we didn't have the technology to fly something like that.. he was shook up.. me. I was a teenager.. I figured the government was revealing their new flying saucers to us.. i also remember waiting for the sunday paper the next morning and thought surely it would be on the front page.. Government reveals flying saucers.. nothing... how could that be! All those people must have seen what my dad and I saw..some one must have looked up at the sky and saw them too.. it still is a mystery to me.. I often think of that day... and never saw any bird, or plane or balloon that ever resembled those flying saucers. We saw them in the early sixties in daylight..and they traveled very fast with no sound and smooth round and disc like outside .
