I've been inside Newgrange, it was used as a burial tomb thousands of years ago. The carvings in and around it are spectacular. Totally a spiritual experience

I saw a documentary on Stonehenge which brought up an interesting theory. It's known that it likely served as some kind of calendar, but now they had researchers stand in the middle and drum at different frequencies. The way the sound hit the rocks created such a vibration that it had a hypnotizing effect on people. Maybe it was a spiritual center.
