The '60's The Outer Limits was an iconic, superb anthology sci-fi series. I saw the entire series (only three seasons) on DVD back in 2012, and don't remember there being a bad episode. Extremely well-done show. Though the effects were obviously minimal - due to not only the low-budget aspect of the show but the limitations of special effects at the time - the series was still quite good.
There was a second Outer Limits series that lasted from the mid 1990's to the early 200X's. I only saw the first 2 seasons of this, and, again, this was another great, very well done anthology sci-fi series. Also again, I don't remember there being a bad episode. I look forward to watching the rest of the series at some point.
