If I remember right, when it was first taken and processed you couldn't see the "ALIEN" clearly. After adjusting the contrast and brightness it magically appeared. Also I believe it was taken in Mexico somewhere.

how come them aliens are naked all the time, seriously...have a little consideration for those that you are visiting and put on a smock or some gym shorts..."oooooh, look at me...I'm so superior to you I don't need to wear pants because we no longer even have reproductive organs"

Vague remembrance is the best thing you can have for that movie.

I think I figured it out (more or less). This alien is a carbon copy of those portrayed in "Communion", right down to the "gumby arms" and nekkedness. It's a book that scared the #*&!t out of me when I was a kid, so the pic is probably tickling something buried deep down in my subconscious and causing that disturbing feeling I get when looking at the pic.

I don't know how hard they tried to stick to Strieber's description of the "Visitors" in that god-awful movie, so either the picture is a hoax inspired by that movie/book (maybe even using a prop left over from the movie!) or Strieber was telling the truth and the movie got their depiction of the "Visitors" pretty close.
