On MSN right now they have this video:What Is This Mysterious Spiral Anomaly in the Norwegian Sky?.

So far it sounds as if nobody is sure what caused this spiral.

I thought it was a Russian rocket that malfunctioned and spun out causing the light show. Was this theory false?

I don't know? The Norwegians wanted to blame the Russians.

Another spiral "UFO" lights up the sky. And it IS a spaceship. - Bad Astronomy : Bad Astronomy

Interesting. I thought Norway was a one time incident.
