Just more evidence that a bunch of tribes people had no way to move and place such massive stone carvings. Just like Stonehenge, Pyramids, Peruvian block walls, and so on.
Did anyone see the TV show in which it was demonstrated how these things were moved from the quarry to their sites? The were 'walked' using ropes and three teams. Sometimes these things would fall and stay there.
Why would these statues have been buried? Could they have sunk under their own weight?

This is the problem I have with people who believe that aliens are here and that ghosts are real. They take something that they think fits their theory, create an issue out of it and ignore all information that does not fit their theory. Intelligent people who truly wish to know and not just exploit for money are interested in all of the facts, even if they contradict what they previously believed.
Clearly there was a race of jokester aliens making weird stone statues and faces all over the solar system. Mars is littered with them.
But that youtube video is stupid. OF COURSE Moai had bodies... it's like saying OMG, some Moai have freakin' HATS! WOW, how'd they get those hats on top of the statues?!????
