With me, this happens multiple times. I get so caught up in a dream or I just like the feeling of the dream so much, that I wish I could just stay in the dream, and forget about the real world.

The one where I'm laying on a tropical beach being served drinks by topless native girls. Yeah that one.

Sure, we have all had dreams where we wish we didn't have to wake up and could live in real life

Yep-and also dreams where I wake up mad at someone for something I perceived they did in a dream. LOL

Definitely! When that happens, I take a moment after I wake up to firmly anchor the dream into my conscious mind, and I often use it as a daydream getaway when I'm stressed or bored or can't get to sleep.

All the time. Then waking up is the nightmare.

Yes it doesn't happen too often because whenever I have a dream it's almost always bad but there has been times of pleasant dreams once in a blue moon.
There was one I had that I still remember that I wanted more than anything to be real. I'll just leave it at as it was where I was sitting on the man I could never have's lap and he held onto me...only in dreams.

I occasionally have really good dreams that I could stay in it forever and then something wakes me up for a few minutes and I try to get back to the dream, but it doesn't happen and my day is ruined.

Yes, I once had a dream where I was able to fly, not like superman but more like glide effortlessly like you would imagine angels can. I was floating around between trees and mountains and looked down into a stream and it was crystal clear and full of creatures like a coral reef is. The air was the perfect temperature and there were specs of light floating around. When I woke up I was so upset that I tried to fall back asleep and return

Ive never again had a dream like that but it was so surreal that I imagine (or at least hope) that thats what the afterlife is like.
