There may have been a previous thread about this, but I was thinking about how it related to all areas of research.
The more I read about the USA, the more I am sad about the loss of freedoms which are becoming more and more severe and controlled and are no doubt spreading to other areas of the world.
I wonder if it will effect the collection of paranormal data from public areas and places like graveyards, parks, forests, and other open areas. This obviously does not effect you if you have the owners permission etc but so much is collected from these public areas that I think it is bound to affect us all.
Of course, this is not just about paranormal evidence but as I read it, data or evidence of almost any kind, radiation, pollution (water, air, etc), photographs, recordings, taken almost anywhere are subject to this law passed in Wyoming for the state. It is dated March 2015 so I dont know if anyone has contested it in the courts and so it may have been modified or overruled in the meantime.
