What I see just left side of the bright moving patch of light appears to be a ghost in front of a tomb.

Pacman! It looks to me as though it's going to bite a rat's nose. See the eye? The object to the left of the vertical line is a painted ceramic vase.

Yep! Maybe that's a Power Pellet amd a vase (instead of fruit). Wawka-wawka-wawka-wawka. I gotta see that movie, Pixels.

Commonly known in photography as "light trails" - in this case a flashlight being waved in a long exposure. More solid lights in the center and the left edge of the light show where it was held steady for a nano-second longer. You can actually see the person that is waving the light in the background.

This is a really bad picture. Light trails are cool when taken in an urban settings with vehicle headlights.
