Angels, Archangels and other divine creatures (light, ancient)

Anyone here working with angels?? I mean, evoking them for spiritual help/healing? I recently came across an article about working with those divine beings and i would like to try. Anyone here have some experience with this matter?
Multiple religious traditions suggest caution when dealing with angels since creatures of darkness can pretend to be creatures of light for their own purposes. These beings are created - that's why they're called creatures. in some religions like Hinduism some of them were made evil or negative, others were made good or positive; in other traditions like Christianity there was choice involved.
I agree with lucky2balive; you're playing with fire. Leave it alone. Presuming you can "evoke" them for your own purposes is pride - and as the proverb says,"Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall."
Well, I don't usually focus on them...focusing on the Top Dog ...since they are 'only' his servants doing His work.
But, they are always around and guiding...keep an open gratitude when they help you and take that umbrella when they say to...and they will help even more!
They are always popping in to help me...with me saying thank you.

Yes, i think i have read some of her books or at least something from her website. I have seen her tarot. I came across a blog with some Angel seals and caught my interest.

I tried it by meditation on the name and sign. But, take it a longer time for a being to manifest visibly. Good by angels and similar beings meditation before bedtime.
I pray to God. Angels may or may not be involved in answering my prayers. I have had multiple experiences where angels intervened without my asking. I could write a book.
I also believe that my deceased loved ones have acted as "spirit guides" as needed. My mother specifically.
I have no doubt that we are not alone, that we are cared for with love. We only have to open our minds and hearts to see it when they intervene.

Reflection further on this -- angel is from the Greek for "messenger" or "envoy". That is, they are sent to aid us. In the Christian tradition, there's an ancient tradition of people praying to archangels (particularly Michael in both Roman Catholicism and Eastern Orthodoxy) and their guardian angels for help. There's some evidence of Jewish prayers directed to the angels also, asking them to intercede with God. Prayed before and after Rosh Hashanah:

Note that God hears the prayers and responds to them, the angels are simply intermediaries. As far as I know, muslims believe in guardian angels and acknowledge them in their prayers, but they don't pray directly to them.
Asking for an angel to intercede with us with the Creator is like asking a friend to pray for us. But asking for a being to manifest itself to us is where I think things get dicey - that's outside the role of the angel as a messenger or envoy and you're likely to get an answer from someone else.
There was a period in my life when i was so into everything Qabalah. I think there were some passages about Archangel Metatron and how to summon it.
I am a believer, yet I do not think that a prayer itself would act as a summoning.
