I call people "Ostrich People" if they make it a point to disbelieve any and all conspiracy theories and seem content to live in denial and not want anything to upset their own manufactured little safety zones. Is that okay?

Tin foil hat is almost always a derogatory term. It’s used as a different way to tell someone they are crazy. So you might it’s okay, but it is definitely not.
Being that this forum deals with things other people think are crazy, it’s a term that gets tossed around a lot. In order to keep this forum a safer place, I don’t want it to be used.

I will make a judgement call on Ostrich People when I see it used.
I really do try to be fair, but I have to walk that line between people who may be overly sensitive and those who think it’s fun to upset people.

The person was signed in or wouldn't be able to post. The poster was signed in when asking, 'Are you the moderator?' so the response given by Tallysmom was spot on.
