Of course there are other things that can end civilization as we know it like the Yellowstone super volcano, a solar flare, or a meteor. We have all our eggs in this one basket we call Earth. To insure the human race we should colonize the moon or Mars. That way we could reseed the Earth should humans go extinct. But that will not happen overnight and we need time to work out the logistics. Plus we could take our problems with us off world.

One day I made a list of things I could think of that could take us out or return us to the Stone Age, which includes your items plus some additional ones:

Supervolcano eruption - Yellowstone
Extended period of volcanism like those that created the Deccan Traps
Climate change, man-made or natural
Another ice age due to solar changes or passage through galactic dust clouds
Major asteroid or comet impact
Pathogen mutation natural or man-made - unstoppable killer bug
Massive crop failure due to pathogen + lack of genetic diversity
Ecosystem instabilities due to reduced diversity (extinctions)
Massive solar flare like the one in 1850
Gamma ray burst from a nearby star
Nearby supernova
Oort cloud disruption by unseen solar companion raining comets on us
Nuclear war
Unforeseen effects of nanotechnology or artificial intelligence

and those are the ones we know about. Most of these we can’t do anything about. It's no wonder we haven't heard from anyone yet.

You may not believe this but we are being protected by ETs. You know that sun observatory that was shut down? It's because they saw an enormous UFOs shielded the Earth from a massive solar flare. That would have messed us up very badly. Maybe an end of mankind. As it turned out we were due for such an event and it was the biggest to date.

That solar flare blasted mercury somewhat fierce and blew chunks off of it. The satellites recorded all that. It was leaked to YouTube so see for yourself. There had been predictions that we will be involved with aliens as their presence are becoming known. The year predicted was 2018 and this is it.

This woman has something to say that is very interesting. As of lately, more whistle blowers are coming out.

You have at least two on that list that could end human life even if we colonized neighboring solar systems. It is possible that we would have to be considerably father away. Its like the Milky Way/Andromeda collision that will take place in about 4 billion years (do we want to be here then). Except for the Andromeda Galaxy; most galaxies are speeding away from us making it harder to reach them with rockets that we are familiar with. Of course those rockets would be long out of fuel before they could even reach their destinations. Our Galaxy alone is 100,000 light years across. Hopefully Captain Kirk's warp 10 will be fixed by that time!

I have a feeling that we will be extinct like the dinosaurs.

We will at some time in the future. Of course that could be tomorrow. But the odds are with us lasting much longer as long as we don't contribute to our annihilation.
