Skinwalker at any rate is an interesting story. From Aliens, to dimensional portals to werewolf like creatures it's multiple X-Files episodes rolled into one. The movie Skinwalker ranch that was based on this was good also.
I find it hard to believe Aliens have singled out this man's family and property to the point it's "infested."
LOL any private pilot will tell you when you are looking down from the air there are lots of options, unless this is like thousands of acres in a prime UFO area ...
I have a keen interest in the UFO phenomenon but I just can't buy into the Stardust Ranch story. I'm pretty sure the well known blurry "alien" photos taken on the ranch are just a figurine held close up to the camera lens and sorry but there is just no way anyone is gonna be able to succesfully hack at a grey with a freakin' samurai sword.
Come on, according to the accounts those entites can blink in and out of our reality at will, can move so fast that we move like paralyzed sloths in comparison and can basically hijack human minds to do anything they want.
The biggest red flag however is trying to sell the property for three times it's actual value while claiming its for sale because the owners "just can't handle it" and are tragically "being driven from their dream home".
Besides, any student of the phenomenon knows greys are interested in people (multiple generations in family lines), not places... so if it was true, the aliens would move with the current owners, leaving just a very boring desert ranch that needs a lot of work. There would be plenty of horror for the new owners due to the forces of negative equity though!

Zack Bagans is working on a second home mortgage as we speak.
After seeing the photo and reading what's written in the link, I suggest any one want to buy the ranch, the first thing you have to do is to look and check every spot in the ranch. Just to make sure there are not any human corpses buried right there. If so, it would be an answer for any abducting case who disappeared without any info.

I'm sure any corpses belong to the Aliens this guy killed. He even showed proof on his Alien Sword.
Some people say there are 'portals' across the globe and that some of these open and close on a fairly regular way. At the Stardust Ranch there is said to be a portal which opens every 72 days. If that is the case, then we would expect to see peaks of activity.
There are some people who like to sit in their chairs and pass judgement on stuff they have really no idea about.
This guy is moving to Maine?
Great. So he can turn Maine into a freakshow now?
You know the aliens are gonna "follow him" there.
