There are numerous plants that have hair-like fibers on leaves or seed pods. Or maybe it's a Triffid.
On the other hand, if it's like The Thing (Antarctica), it could morph into looking like an animal host, like a dog, right down to copying the fur. But if it's like The Thing From Another World, then it would be like an intelligent carrot with a man-like shape.
Why assume the FBI knows anything about it? All that's shown is an old news article. The late George Adamski also got press coverage by claiming he traveled around the solar system in a flying saucer with people from Venus (the pilot's name was Orthon), and that ALL the planets are inhabited. He planned to attend an interplanetary conference held on the planet Saturn. Kind of hard imagining cities and civilizations on Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, etc. He also claimed to have met aliens in bars and restaurants in Southern California. I wouldn't doubt that at all. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Adamski

During the fifties there were stores known as trick shops. They sold simple magic tricks, exploding cigars, and other whimsical items. There was one near our home that also printed newspaper articles of any desired size and topic. There was no publisher's name on them just as there is no publisher's name on the article illustrated above.

There were also fine reliable publications (known as supermarket tabloids) like Sun, and Weekly World News, chock full of the latest articles about aliens meeting presidents, Bigfoot, etc. https://books.google.com/books?id=Ju...father&f=false
That is so ridiculous. The BF never moves besides a very mechanical looking blink?
It seems in any other video we have seen the BF is moving away from humans.
Why would the movie stop and not continue until the BF moves away?
I think they meant unknown animal, not Non Animal.
You're probably right. In Post 26, Page 3, "The FBI has analyzed hair samples, they concluded they were not from a known animal or human species." Then in Post 28 (same page), the description was "It did come straight from the FBI, they clearly admitted hair samples were done and it was non human and non animal." Must've been a brain slip. Wording differences like that can make a huge difference.
The key thing is the source of the information, of which there doesn't seem to be any, apart from a photocopy of an article and a posting by a Bigfoot outfit, in the other Bigfoot thread (Woman Suing Calif Fish & Wildlife, Post 47, Page 5). There's no way of knowing how reliable any of that information is considering the names of individuals give vague to no reference, and in one instance, and author couldn't remember names of people he interviewed. We're talking Bigfoot here, which would be an enormous scientific discovery to say the least. And as I previously mentioned, George Adamski made all kinds of statements to the press too.

I believe most of those stories are exaggerated dramatizations of events that really did happen..
Like the 'presidents meeting aliens and hashing out some kind of deal back in the 1950s'...what probably really happened is, the president at the time was taken to see some evidence they had gathered from a UAP (kind of like those unknown metal alloys the govt has from various UAPs in the past), or he was shown the recovered bodies of an alien, and the whole story got blown so far out of proportion, its complete nonsense now.

Here is one good link that shows the difference between 'disinformation, a hoax, and misinformation': https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disinformation. My feeling is that BF encompasses all three. We know that our government has used disinformation. It is not too far a leap of faith to suspect they have used BF or UFO's to cover up some military research. Then we have some believers that can use this misinformation to support their beliefs. Of course those that are supporting BF for personal reasons or economic gain will take any of the disinformation or misinformation to support any hoax.
Everything feeds off everything else; just like this thread that some feel is another chance to 'prove' BF exist.
