I had never heard of him, but it does appear like he had supernatural abilities, quite a lot actually, and no shortage of witnesses either!

Im not sure I should use the word 'supernatural' though, I think he was among a very very few people that have learned to develop these skills, or unlocked the secret in order to use them.
