It could be an experimental craft, or some weird weather phenomenon, although I can't imagine what would block out a spot in the sky like that except some sort of craft.

I dont buy the experimental aircraft explanation, it did explain some older sightings, especially around the time the Stealth bomber was being tested, but since then, what new aircraft has come out, that has some of the abilities witnesses see? Ive yet to see any new aircraft that can operate totally silent, hover in one place, cloak themselves, etc.

If experimental aircraft with these kinds of abilities were in the testing stages, military, NASA and many others would be doing anything they could to get their hands on them, and as quickly as possible. The most advanced fighter plane today doesnt hold a candle to most UFOs reported abilities...that is kind of odd.

Because they have already admitted it exists. They have publicly stated tax payer money was used to modify buildings, in order to store and test materials obtained from UAPs. They concluded that the military would not be able to defend against this technology.
