Well, the "town" has very few residents ... did I read 12 somewhere? ... and I think they all worked at Sunspot. It's reasonable from that aspect. And the "black helicopter" would be the fastest way to get to a location at 9000 feet altitude.

I agree. It's not really a town at all (I've been there). Just some government owned houses for employees. As far as the "black" helicopter, I believe it was a regular Army Blackhawk that was seen, and Ft. Bliss in El Paso has a bunch of them. It would be the fastest way for FBI Agents to travel from El Paso to a remote location in the mountains such as Sunspot. Not unreasonable at all.

I do enjoy reading all of the outlandish theories on social media, though.

I live on the western side of Redstone Arsenal, and the Army does a lot of helicopter work here. We see a lot of Blackhawks, to the point where they're not even noticed. I don't know what color they're painted ... likely a really dark green or brown ... but they do look black against a bright blue sky. They're just not "black helicopters" in the conspiracy sense.

I enjoy the outlandish theories too. I watch Ancient Aliens, all the UFO shows, etc. Can't quite get into the mountain men chasing monsters though. I even watched Finding Bigfoot until it got to the point of being the same old thing every week.
