Here is a short doc on the pilots and radar technicians who witnessed a UFO experience.

Is this a secret military operation or extra-terrestrial?

Interesting story, IMO.

Cool video!

It sounds pretty standard as far as military encountering UFOs though, the pilots, radar guys, and others that see these things, are very quickly debriefed and some even forced to sign documents promising to never talk about it. Sounds like the ships CO contacted ' agency that deals with UFOs' and they take the ball from there.(the COs may not necessarily know what this agency is, but they DO know who to contact if the need arises).

They are not that far from southern CA, so its not a stretch that this agency could have guys helicoptered out to the carrier to retrieve the hard drives and documents, once they start hearing the crew and pilots talking about it.

Its said there is an underwater base just off the CA coast, if this true, this 'agency' would likely have an office in SoCal, My guess is they are connected with the NRO, so they would have access to the ultra high end equipment, spy satellites, etc.

Imo, the best way to get more information on this, is to find out what this Govt agency is, that would provide alot of answers just finding that out, there has to be people out there that know about this agency, its likely it was formed in the early 50s. Im not sure how to go about searching for an agency like this though, anyone have any ideas?

It is funny people are still chasing the same things over and over.

I posted this on here before:

And here is a video going over what scientists think of these kinds of video's:

Im curious if you know when this little video was made?

I have a feeling it was AFTER the DOD claimed this video was never authorized to be released to the public, its pretty obvious they are trying to make people believe its probably nothing more than natural phenomena.

If a classified video was mistakenly released to the public...of course they are going to try do anything they can to play it down, make it seem insignificant, stating that "scientists are not even interested"...

However, that begs the question, if there was really nothing important shown, why did they classify it to begin with and why would they care if it was released to the public or not, why is there so much 'redaction' in the documents involved...can they answer these questions?

Guess what the Drive says they are ?

Modified weather balloons released from a submarine to test the pilots radar/sensors.

Fast forward to today and modern submarines have highly advanced electronic intelligence gathering capabilities—it's a primary mission set that is often overlooked or misunderstood by the public. At the same time, they don't really have a way to stimulate enemy air defenses organically in order to record these emissions and even communications that go along with them without surfacing, and even that is speculative and based on what we know about the 1963 operation. Being able to deploy balloons with various sized radar reflectors while submerged could be a relatively low tech, but highly effective way of doing this. By sneaking in or near enemy territory, releasing these devices under the right weather conditions, and raising their low-observable electronic intelligence gathering masts, they could theoretically improve the quality of the intelligence gathered remarkably.
I presume the pilots in their planes were not treading water in the air, so when the image of the tic-tac on their screen whizzes off at speed, then it is probably moving pretty fast. Far faster than a balloon launched from a submarine would go, unless it was powered by some small new exotic engine.

Now...why should a balloon have an exotic engine when the navy pilots do not?

I smell a rat.

That is to be expected, they have to throw some kind of normal explanation out there, even if it makes no sense at all, its like the old 'military flares' explanation.

There is a specific group that is tasked with coming up with explanations like this, they used to be called Majestic 12 decades ago, Im sure they go by a different name today.

The flares explanation was quite real. The fact is if you are not interested in the truth you can always come up with excuses. It is clear you are not interested in the truth, just one set answer.

Well, in some cases ive seen, after 'flares' are the official explanation, experiments were done using flares, but the witnesses claim it didnt match what they saw.
