What wired report? The only link provided is to the whatdoesitmean site. And I'm not going to risk Iranian malware being installed on my computer by enabling Flash to run to view the embedded video.
I think thats referring to the Canadian Defense minister, Paul Hellyers, public statement on UFOs, ( I remember when he made this statement), it was all over the news for a couple days.
I will have to go back and find the article from that and see what report or documents they mention, Im sure if he made that kind of public statement, there is a report in there somewhere that led him to say that.
But Snowden just did an interview with JRE in which he said "I have never read/seen anything in our govts. systems, Confirming the existence of Aliens".

On another note, I found this, stemming from a Brazilian incident which fighter planes chased a mystery ship around for a couple hours, its interesting what the declassified report concludes...
On May 19, 1986, Brazil had its Night of the UFOs, with five fighters scrambling to chase mystery lights across the country’s southwest for two and a half hours. The air force minister went on TV the next morning to order a full investigation. Declassified only last year, this Brazilian report found: “The phenomenon is solid and reflects intelligence by its capacity to follow and sustain distance from the observers, as well as to fly in formation.”
I know there are a lot of bizarre threads in this particular forum, but this one takes the prize.

Hate to buy into the conspiracy thing, but I won't be at all surprised if he suddenly develops a fatal illness or has an "accident". He doesn't look well.

Hellyer has been making quite a few statements on programs such as Ancient Aliens, and even testified before a congressional committee. I honestly have to wonder if he's not a bit senile - some of the things he says are pretty much out there ....

He has also held a very high ranking Govt position, and along the way, Im sure he was privy to a world many us will never get to see...so in that sense, I believe his credibility is above average.
I realize his statement is WAY OUT THERE and very bizarre, but again, it wouldnt surprise me in the least, if it were all true.
