I'm still trying to figure out the Federal Reserve angle.
Saying the Federal Reserve was responsible is akin to saying the Forest Service Agency or the Department of Urban Development was responsible.
An article from Wired about how the CORV-19 comes back again if we stop social distancing too soon after it has passed through. Even though working from home and having the kids at home all the time is difficult for many, it needs to be kept up for long enough.

Hong Kong’s slow and steady case count started going up on March 18, and took an 84-case jump on March 28. After months of new cases barely brushing double digits, Singapore’s count jumped by 47 on March 16, and since then the city-state has had three days with more than 70 new cases each. Taiwan’s new-cases-in-a-day peaked at 5 in late January … and then jumped into the high 20s per day in, again, mid-March. South Korea had 86 new cases on April 3.
I think I had this in early January and the thing that got me was that I woke up with a high fever AND a high heart rate. 105+ normally my heart rate is 60. Don't remember ever having anything like that before. I actually called my insurance's nurse line out of concern.
When this is all said and done I bet that it will come out that there was high heart rates.
Let me ask another question - do you realize exactly what the federal reserve system is and there function within the government? You tell me - who in your thinking is the federal reserve and what does the federal reserve do? Hint: They aren't exactly the CIA.
HAHA. Yeah good point. I know I am not in the economics forum but this is like me trying to explain who Christopher Columbus is to school children. Federal Reserve isn't even a fully government group, they are a quasi-independent banking regulatory agency.
That is the point. They're not exactly part of the "government", now are they

Seems to me it's going to come back no matter what until we have a vaccine or antibody treatment. Remember that all this here started with a handful of cases. Dropping from thousands of new cases daily to a dozen sounds like we have it whipped but that's still new cases which means there are still carriers spreading it. What makes people think a dozen carriers won't propogate back to tens of thousands this time like it did last time? It's like putting out a wildfire and then sending the firefighters home because they got it down to a few burning trees.
