I have not smelled the stench during an encounter. I think I smelled it once while driving a gravel road. Anyone around this forum has smelled a skunk. To be skunked is a lot worse than a passing smell as you drive by. I know from experience as a kid seeing my first cute little baby Skunk. Skunk smell can make you gag! The Stench of a BF is worse. Just mix all that people say it smells like and that is pretty well it.

Very often BF will lay up alongside a highway and for what reason, we cannot say. Curves etc in a highway often have an adjoining patch of brush on the inside of a curve. pasture or the outside with crop ground or even just woods along a road.

My question: Is this Stench just a fart? It seems to be described pretty much as the same overall. Why is this? Human farts are different. I have been told that the stench remains on the ground etc where emitted.

Bigfoot doesn't wipe his arse, shake it off or take a bath. You would stink too if you didn't.

What I remember is was like a skunky, sewagy type of smell, really burned to smell.

Animals Preen themselves. Do cats use soap? Monkeys preen the others.
BF does not put the stench out all times.

His hygeine suffers on account of his depression. Nobody believes in him. Plus he's got a really hairy butt, probably all crusted up with dingle berries. I can attest that fresh skunk blast will nearly make you vomit. Much worse than a drive by.
