I went searching for evidence of this film being real and came across this website, it covers just about every aspect, and imo, proves without a doubt it could NOT have been a man in a suit.

Thanks for posting this. It's extremely interesting. I had read before that it would have been impossible to create such a suit in 1967. Even the best in Hollywood couldn't create anything close to it at that time and they said so themselves.

I’ve always found this to be among the most compelling pieces of evidence of an unexplained mystery. Its ability to not only withstand the time, but in fact become more convincingly authentic as technology progresses really adds multiple layers of doubt on to the notion that this was all just an elaborate hoax.

I have seen a LOT of websites over the years say it is 100% fake with better proof IMHO.

Could anyone who thinks it is real please explain how the female bigfoots huge breasts that stick straight out never even wiggle while walking. Looks real to me.

My biggest question would be where did they get that suit? It obviously wasn't made in someone's basement using bear hide and a run of the mill sewing machine. It's beyond what the best Hollywood makeup and costume designers could even make for movies at that time. As technology has advanced, the film shows no evidence whatsoever that the suit was stitched together, none at all. I would think if it's fake, whoever made that suit would have confessed to it at some point and gotten a lot of praise for the skill involved in making it. Whoever made it is extremely talented. How much do you think this person or persons were paid to keep their mouths shut for their entire lives?
I hope I live long enough to learn the truth about this film. Maybe in another 20 years, they'll be able to look at the film and know definitively one way or another.

Looks the same to me now as it did in '67 or '68 -- a guy in a hairy suit walking in the woods.
