As others have said, usually there are blurry photos or witness reports and nothing can be determined as fact, but when you have a video which may show the being walking by on two legs it has to be either a person or something strange. If it appears NOT to be a human due to the physiology, then that is something which cannot be explained as normal like Fisheye would do(human, bear, etc)
That was my guess as well, Ive already spoken with the owners of that gas station, but unfortunately, they bought the station after this incident and knew nothing about it. I have not looked into who the previous owner was yet, I believe it was a corporate owned BP at the time, finding the store mgr at the time this happened may be the best thing for me to do now.
