Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch, so called because they found blind albino frogs in a watery cave where there was no light coming in from the outside.
This Discovery series is into its second episode and is rather like Skinwalker ranch TV program. The difference is that they are looking for gold under the hills in caves which are said to be used to hide gold in ancient times. Already by the second episode they have had mysterious things happening, equipment failure and weird animal action and deaths.
It seems that the same strange things which happen at Skinwalker Ranch happen just up the road at Blind Frog Ranch too and there are locals in town who report odd creatures hanging around their homes as well.
The episodes are never long enough for me as I want more - which is obviously what they want from a TV program. I dont know whether this will turn out to be the same as The Curse of Oak Island, a never-ending search for treasure or Skinwalker ranch, a never-ending search for the truth. Not done by Kevin Burns though as the other two are, so maybe it will be different.

Sounds interesting. I always thought Skinwalker Ranch was a great example of maximum weirdness. There was a sci fi film years ago about it that was good too.
That place has dog headed men, aliens, interdimensional portals the works.
In the second episode they found a deer with its head torn off, and in the preview to the fourth episode, it looks as if they find another one. Do bears, wolves or mountain lions do that? It would need quite a bit of strength to tear off the head rather than just eat it where it is as normal.
Episode 3 from a day or two ago has a strange swimming worm or leech kind of thing which comes out of the caves. Glows blue under UV light and has black bands around it. It will be interesting to find out what it is. Also, at night, a big growl heard... They all ran off pretty quick after that!
I thought it was interesting to go read some of the old newspaper articles about this specific Ute basin area, these were WELL before it became 'skinwalker ranch'...there has been strange things going on in this area for decades.
Its also pretty good chance, any dog-headed men seen out there...they are going to be skinwalkers, and they are basically 'werewolves', just from the Native American culture, although I wouldnt be surprised if they use the same methods to transform....( Im really interested in HOW this happens, I get that they use 'black magic', but how does it manifest? Where does the extra 'mass' come from? Id also like to see what this transformation looks like to the naked eye and/or in a video...Could video cameras capture such a thing taking place? IDK?

It really depends on what you believe about this life here on Earth.
There is evidence from stories of monks, Masters, Saints, etc that the material or energy which goes to make up our 'physical' world can be manipulated by those who have learned techniques or advanced to a degree far above the rest of us.
Can shamans, witches, occultists, saints, or masters do this? Well, there are many stories of strange things happening, seen by multiple people and reliable witnesses. Of course, these things cannot be proven today, but many millions of people believe the stories about Jesus and the other Masters who could manipulate their reality around them.
The story is that skinwalkers are some tribal shamans who went rogue. So do we disbelieve the accounts by Native Americans of the abilities of their shamans? Just because we dont want to believe such things are true, does not make them false and fabricated. In fact, many of the things seen at Skinwalker Ranch, Parker Ranch, and others in that area would suggest that what we know as 'reality' is not real at all, but fluid and changable. We have even captured examples on video and on TV.
The book Adventures in the Afterlife by William Buhlman is a good one to read as it suggests that we are energy beings(souls) in an energetic world creating our own 'reality' on this Earth. Once we realise this and take control of our creative power we can change the way our life pans out for ourselves. The things which manifest into your life are created by your thoughts and desires. Incidentally, this is the concept behind the other thread on The Secret, as well as creative visualisation, positive thinking, manifestation, healing, prayer, and all kinds of ideas out there.

From what Ive read, a Skinwalker is basically just a medicine man, who decides to take the 'dark path', and supposedly they only go after people that have been cursed by another native American...they are also bound by certain rules.
The most recent thing I was reading on Skinwalkers, said the form they most often take is a sasquatch-like creature, but much smaller, (3-4ft tall, covered in hair, humanoid)...Kind of like an evil Ewok I guess?!
The latest Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch shows a carcass which does not have any skin, head, etc. that is really strange.
Two previous episodes have shown carcasses which do not have a head. What would do that? Most animals leave the head and skin attached, although they might eat through the skin and parts of the head like the eyes and soft tissue.

The person in charge of special effects or what ever it is called for the scripted TV show to entice viewers.
Paranormal Declassified, possibly another Discovery+ program has an episode on Skinwalkers. They are all over the USA, but also in the area of Skinwalker and Blind Frog Ranch and throughout the Uinta basin. At Bray Road though, one guy who has been documenting them for years on his farm has foot print casts and they are different from normal dog feet. They have more toes than a canine. These things can carry off (not drag away) a 150lb deer carcass.
So, this thing tearing off the head and skinning the deer is probably a skinwalker.
