Resident Alien Series 1 (light)

Not sure what TV channel this is on, but is based on a comic book character/story. Alien gets stranded on Earth his space ship gets hit by lightning and crashes. He takes on the identity of a doctor in a small town and gets caught up in the town life. Bits of it get quite graphic when he has to perform an autopsy, but the first episode is generally quite good I think. The alien looks to be like a drac/lizard to me.

I found it amusing. Not serious Sci-fi but an hour of entertainment during this pandemic is nothing to be sneezed at.
