Any non-human race who is flying these UAPs have had thousands of years to show they are a threat. They certainly have not outwardly shown they are a threat in recent years - as far as we know.
Reportedly shutting down nuclear missiles or silos is hardly an act of aggression, however it might be a "see, this is what we can do to your missiles if we want to" kind of message. The fact that it is inconvenient to the military is not an outright aggressive act. It is more like a Kim Jong Un testing a rocket by firing it into the sea showing what he can do.
I'm not convinced they are "craft" at all. That's an assumption for which we have ZERO evidence.
