first time i had this same experience was when i was 22 an i thought my time was up an i was gona die. im 25 now an iv been having this sleep paralysis what its called probbly every 7 months from when i was 22 an up to now. recently iv been havin this happen to me about 4times a week for the last 2mounths. last nyt it happend 3 tyms in about a hour. its deffntly some thing supernatural an scientificaly what they say is completly rubish. im muslim an have done research on this. when this happens it seems like something evil has gone in to you or is pushing you down am i right? these are evil jins (evil spirits as none muslims beleve) a diffrent bean that were created by god which we cant see or hear but are around us an like playing tricks like these on humans. these are jins that do this an aint no sleep paralysis when the brain an body are not connectig lol.

I totally agree that science hasn't yet been able to explain everything, but I also don't believe anything is supernatural, because nothing exists outside Nature. That being said, any number of strange things can and do happen. I'm very open to the idea of the dream-state being a trip into other dimensions. And why wouldn't I believe in aliens? I don't necessarily believe any of them have made it to this planet, though. I'm more inclined to believe that "alien encounters" are episodes of sleep paralysis, or an excess of DMT production in the brain. That doesn't mean I don't believe in interdimensional beings. I've possibly even seen them before. And no, I don't believe in "god" in the jewish/christian/muslim sense of the word, at least. I'm more of a pagan than anything.
Not since I quit drinking a almost fifth of Stoli everyday! But man, back in the bad ol' days I used to get it all the time; usually, ironically, not when I went to bed hammered but when I was trying to taper-off a bit. I wouldhave these terrible nightmares and try to wake-up and I couldn't move. And usually some sort of monster of ghost or evil-what-ever-the-frick would be in my bedroom trying to get me, or would be sitting on my chest. Whew!
The worst part is how the setting is very real. It's my bedroom, nothing strange about it. There's just something awful there, or right outside the door. I think that contributes to people thinking it's something paranormal, the reality of it all.
buildings ,cars, roads etc all have someone whos put their mind to it an made all these things, like a engineera mecanic an so on , all these things havent just appeard right before our very eyes have they? someones created them. The body the most advanced machine just came to be did it? eyes to see noise to smell skeleton to stand up right etc all wasnt just put in2 place just like that? somethings behind all this and thats god. (think about that for 5 mins) an your saying you dont beleve in god?
