Can somebody help me out here? This have been bugging me for some time now. Do you think the world is going to end at December 1?, 2012? What are your opinions on that day?
Not while I'm alive and young. I have so much to achieve and I don't want to die yet.
The thing is that if the world is really gonna end it will do so on its own time and I don't think that it will consult humanity if the ending of the world is convenient for them. You should just live every day to the fullest by pretending as if it could be your last.
Then again, this is easy to say for me because I don't make long-term plans.
I live on a day-by-day basis.

OK... I know we've had this topic at least twice before... But can anyone explain to me what is supposed to happen on December 21, 2012 and why you think that it is scientifically plausible that we should expect an end to the Earth on this date?
And by scientifically plausible, I mean scientifically tested theories backed by observational realities using strict methodologies that is peer reviewed. Or is it just another one of those shows on the History channel?
