How about I invite that Oklahoma lady I was reading about in the other thread? Lots of chips and dip at my 2012 party! Seriously though, I guarantee nothing will happen, paranoia is a magnet to those who expect the end. Remember 6/6/06? I remember something horrible was supposed to happen, but it was normal like any other day. Thus the fear-mongers pointed to the next nearest date for something "horrible" to happen. I predict this will continue throughout humanity's history- predicting the end.
No doomsday parties in the future for me..If I am still around I will do as I do. Take each day as it comes as another day to be blessed by recognizing all the goodness and beauty in life and trying in some small way to make someone else see it too..

i don't beleave that 2012 will be a doomsday date!!! but on the other hand i do beleave that if we humans keep the business as usual route we are heading for big trouble in the not so distant future!! i just hope the crap dosn't hit the fans when i'm in front of them..
i'm glad i wasn't born a year or so ago!!! it's the young people that will have to try to clean up all the fans in the future with only a few paper towels.... it will be a long and dangerous mess that will have to be cleaned
