Of course I never hear the end of it from my wife's downstate family members who are Cards fans.
LOL

I kind of envy you Midwesterners. Missouri folks have their choice of the Royals or Cards, or even the Chicago teams.

Of course when it comes to talking doom and gloom and despair, I grew up in the Philadelphia era. In the bad old days....

And remember, Philly set the record for having BOTH the NL and AL teams in the cellar simultaneously. LOTS of times....

But we digress.

Pretty effective propaganda here. Some of which I (somewhat) understand (maybe).

Still, though it's early days the league looks more open than in recent times.

im happy about the good start and the arrival of uezel but I don't think arsenal will win it ,I don't even think they will come second

Liverpool since they have close links to the USA.. they are owned by Americans who own Boston Red Sox and also partly by LeBron James. So if you're a Red Sox or LeBron James fan.. Liverpool are your team.

Tough one. I would have suggested Stoke City since they generally seem to be a bunch of strapping lads that like to be physical and push people around. Not sure if that style is around anymore since Pulis left.

Maybe Everton or Aston Villa since they have some American connections and aren't that atrocious to watch.

I seem to be getting a lot of Arsenal recommendations.

If I decide to become a Gooner, will I have to learn a song?
