To be fair, the bus said: “We send the EU £350 million a week” - which was true. Ok, it was a Gross figure, but it was still true. (Although I’ve heard it was actually under-estimated).

Then underneath, it stated separately: “Let’s fund our NHS instead”. Fair enough. Why don’t we put extra funding into the NHS? No-one’s going to argue with that statement, surely?

It didn’t say “We will use the £350 million a week, that would’ve gone to the EU, and pay all of that money into the NHS instead”, did it?

Where were the lies?

Right now it looks to me like Labourites know what they want and Tories don’t.

To me, the establishment regardless of political party is opposed to Brexit.

Call me crazy, but why not go through with Brexit (as was voted for), and then if there is enough desire to re-visit the issue, another vote could be taken in the future.
Thus the will of the people in both votes would be respected.

Are Labour basically maneuvering here to force BoJo to beg the EU for another extension?
A massive personal humiliation for him i'd imagine.

Would he not just fall on his own sword?

It’s not that easy. For example, I’m sure the EU the would expect the UK to adopt the Euro if they wanted to rejoin. The EU could set other conditions which do not apply now, such as joining the Schengen Area.

Plus a lot of permanent damage to the economy would have been done by then anyway. If say Airbus pulls out of the UK post Brexit and relocates their wing manufacturing operations elsewhere in the EU then they are not going to move them back to the UK if it ever joined again, what would be the point?

No, this is a battle that needs to be fought and won now if great harm to the country is to be avoided.

Only a revolution will deter the ruling class from winning its fight to ensure the UK remains a colony of the EU.

You need to look up the definition of colony I think. You can't tell me that all remain supporters are part of 'the ruling class'? If they are then that must be one of the largest and most diffuse ruling classes in the world, quite an achievement!

The current PM Boris and many other prominent Brexiteers are fully paid up members of the 'ruling class' while most remain supporters are very definitely not.
