Oh well, sorry about that. I have a feeling that Chick Fil A will survive with or without a restaurant in Reading.
To clarify, I'm not sorry about Chick Fil A's standards, I'm just sorry that it didn't work out for everyone. I don't blame the mall for not wanting all that drama since the protesters have vowed to protest every single day in front of the store during the six month lease.

I think Chick Fil A probably opened in the wrong place in terms of Reading.
Reading Goal was where Oscar Wilde was imprisoned for being a homosexual, and where he wrote the famous 'Ballad of Reading Gaol' whilst serving his sentence in the town's prison (goal).
I’ve always had trouble pronouncing the name of this restaurant. In spite of my best efforts, my brain initially insists on “Chick Fill Ah.”
Great food, though. I think the UK will enjoy it.
Although I've never had it I think I would say chick A fil. We don't have them around here, would probably get tarred and feathered and kicked out of town.

Chick a fil a? Chick fil A.
It's a parody of chicken FILLET pronounced with the French pronunciation. Not the British Fill-IT. Fast food is high in fat, sodium and calories, but they seem to be one of the lesser objectionable choices for the occasional fast food fix.
There are no political messages in their restaurants, so I don't know why even Far Left New Englanders would have a problem with them. If they did "tar and feather" them that just shows tolerance, and inclusiveness of people with other views right?
