You're asking "why"? You're the one who speculated he might not inherit Elizabeth and Phillip's genes.

He may well have inherited his parents genes but also some relative's gene way down the line. As an example my neighbor inherited the diabetic gene from an uncle but his parents were not diabetic. You just never know that's all I'm saying.

I sincerely hope however that he will be blessed with longevity

Very likely, considering his maternal and paternal lines.

I know what you mean though.

A friend's son was a redhead (ginger), neither parent was nor were their parents. My friend said one of her great grandparents was a redhead, four generations back from her son.

My friend was blond, her next child was blond also.

Dianas brother and sisters had shades of red hair.. first glance thought her brother was Harry..

Yes, he looks almost like he could be Harry's twin. Her brother doesn't look anything like that now, so his appearance today might be an indication of what Harry is going to eventually look like in another 20 or 30 years.
