Do we know what comments the minister made toward these Muslims? Oh of course not, its the daily mail! I don't care about the religious views of either party.. violence and assault are unacceptable and they should be punished appropriately.
Again though, the daily trash wouldn't even consider covering this story if the perpetrators were white and/or christian.
Well, of course, a Christian minister will believe that muslims are wrong in their beliefs ... perhaps dangerously wrong as they put at risk their immoprtal souls by their heresy. He will also believe that the Bible is the true word of God and not the Koran.
Muslims will believe the opposite. Some may still believe in death or conversion for heretics. A great many believe that death is an appropriate punishment for apostasy.
Even so, in the western world, we have generally moved on from religious violence so this is another example of some who are really not with the program.
Would hardly call the United Reformed Church in the UK extremist in any sense of the word.
Do a little research on different Christian denominations and their beliefs before you post such inflamatory rhetoric.
The article describes him as having heated debates with Muslim callers. If debates get heated, they get extremist, petty, and vindictive on both sides.
I like how you assume that I assumed the URC is extremist, and not that the individual minister himself was the extremist: it's not as if your average URC member has his own radio talk show which relies on shock value to pull in listeneers. I also like how by extension you assumed that I am not a member of URC myself.
Do a little critical thinking before you make such assumptions about posters here.

who cares?
fanatics always find an excuse to beat/kill people and women.
And what about the ultra-fondamentalist speech against jews women christians and the west generally by them?
what should we do then?kill'em all?bombing all their mosques for vendetta?
The point is , if you can't stand different opinions , that are the regular base in a democracy , it's time you go back where u come from , period.
