Benefit of money-no-object is they generally always get built. You get some goofy stuff like spending a few million dollars to take habitable affordable housing units off the market to redecorate them or multi-million dollar pizza parlors, but they do get built.

One of my clients has a nice view of it from their conference room. On the upside, they still have a nice view of Old Sac, West Sac, and the bridges that would be pretty well blocked if it had been built.
