I posted these a while back. New York, especially Downtown Manhattan has the best urban canyons I can think. The combination of narrow streets and tall buildings is unmatched.
D.C. probably has has more urban canyons than any city but NYC because of how big downtown is. They don't rise way into the sky but they go for miles in every direction.

Edit: It is Juniper street but the label keeps showing Market Street
An Example of how tight some areas of Downtown Bsoton always feel to me (The curvy streets make it feel more compact than the grid in Philly IMHO, this also takes place in downtown NYC.
