with two wheels it would be fast and easy to switch between off road and on road tires or fixing flats.

you could have less paved roads outside the city. then have the city have the experience long lasting roads.

people wait for the bus for 30 mins in the winter. a bike or motorcycle with a windshield and roof make it a lot better. the c 1 lit motors and e tracer are fully enclosed with heat and air conditioning. id rather one with just a roof and windshield because i get clostifobic

If those type bikes where an answer then you would have seen them long ago in many countries that use bikes a lot. You don't see anything like it.
