Fewer streets means fewer "red light". Also, two or four lots are squeezed in, which are rate payers.

Is a question buried in there somewhere?

Is content buried in there somewhere?

Why are you so obsessed with how long streets are, anyway?

Suitable for what, anyway?

It needs to be 245 miles long to be suitable for travel from Dallas to Houston.

It needs to be approximately 60 feet long to be suitable for building one house lot on it.

New York City has about 70 m long streets. There will be a lot of "red lights" that need to be installed.

A block is about 70m long in New York, not the street. A street is multiple blocks long

I'm thinking a traffic circle at each intersection in NYC might be a wee bit problematic.

The distance from one street to another in a city that is built (approximately) to a grid pattern. The place you are looking for is two long blocks east and one short block north.
