Will there be any future candidates in the top 100? Are these cities possibilities: Detroit, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Tampa, Baltimore?
Urban Areas with population over 1.5 million (2010 census)
I don't think there are that many cities with height limits.
Bellevue, Washington: maximum of 450 feet in Downtown Bellevue, set in the late 1990s.
Bellevue increased it’s height limit to 600ft in 2017, there are eight 600ft buildings right now that are either proposed, approved, or currently under construction.
It is possible. Austin has 28 buildings 100 meters or more, and Nashville has 22 buildings 100 meters or more. They are good candidate as the current entry level is 36 buildings.
Well done!
Sofitel hotel in NYC at only 356' is a beautiful design.
