Bellevue increased it’s height limit to 600ft in 2017, there are eight 600ft buildings right now that are either proposed, approved, or currently under construction.

It is possible. Austin has 28 buildings 100 meters or more, and Nashville has 22 buildings 100 meters or more. They are good candidate as the current entry level is 36 buildings.
