I am taking a trip to Moab the first weekend (4th and 5th) of November. Can someone please tell me what the weather is really going to be like typically? I can look up the averages, but I know the weather is totally different from the first of November vs. the last of November. Is there some local out there who can help??

I'm an old weather forecaster that has never been to Moab but here are some links to Moab weather. These links, IF they work, are weather observation from the airport in Moab for the last few years on 4 November. I find that what happened last year(s) on 4 November will happen on 4 November this year.

2005 weather observations:

2004 weather observations:

2003 weather observations:

2002 weather observations:

You'll have to figure out the data but if you cannot... PM me and I'll help you figure out how to read it.

Default Try this...

About a third of the way down you will see "history and almanac." You can see the weather on any date for the last 20 years or so. I'd say that Moab is generally slightly warmer and sunnier than Salt Lake, but its a crapshoot for any given day in November. It's been relatively rainy, especially in southern Utah, lately.
