Hello,

-Looking for some decent links re: new housing communities similar to Daybreak? From Weber south to Utah county- Davis, and SLC included?

-Foreclosure links?

-links on private schools in those communities?

I think the only national home builders that do business in Utah are dr horton and richmond american. There are lots of Utah based home builders. Just do a search for Utah home builders.

Thank you both. I did not read the forum rules on posting links. No worries.

I have found Daybreak in South Jordan, but not too much else. Where I live, Tampa Florida, there are sub-divisions with one builder and a lot of different models to choose from, just like Daybreak. I haven't had much luck online. Maybe it is the search tool I am using, Google?

Google is fine. It's probably because most of the builders in Utah are small. So usually that means fewer floor plans and fewer homes in a development. They also usually build spec homes instead of waiting for a buyer to select a lot and floor plan.

Here are a few other Utah buildres: Alpine homes, Hamlet homes and Ivory homes.
