Anyone dealt with the secrecy of this Polygamist retreat just 15 miles from lovely Page AZ? Sinclair Gas refused me service telling me they were closed for business at 4pm on a saturday.

Kane County just north of Page AZ. Plenty of compounds just off 89 as well.

They don't like outsiders. Are you passing through or trying to move there? Poor planning to need anything in one of their towns.

But why do you think they are polygamists? Not anywhere close to Hilldale/Colorado City

I am a Zonie and was curious about the town as it is well known polygamy is practiced there. Check the 8000 sq ft compounds across the street from Sinclair Gas. Their attitude was comical and no...Hildale and Colorado City are not the only two polygamist retreats. Kane County is very remote and easy for Warren Jeffs people to remain insular.

Sheesh, one would think that a gas station in a remote area would be happy to have customers. If someone was there to tell you they're closed, well he's THERE, he might as well let you purchase something if you need it and you're miles from any other options.

As you can see in my pic....Sinclair Gas appeared to be open. The lady who came out of the gas station actually told me to drive 7 miles south to Greenehaven AZ to get gas.LOL. Clearly the people do not like intrusion from anyone outside of their FLDS haven. They likely do not need my business because of all the entitlements they get from the government and Sinclair Gas likely just a front.
