What months would one generally rule out weather-wise in visiting Canyonlands, Arches, NaturalBridges ?
That would be too hot in daytime >85 degrees or too cold snowy in daytime <50 degrees

I'd visit from mid-April through mid-May, or from mid-September through mid-October for the best shot of finding the kind of weather that you're describing. I would avoid the area entirely from June through August.

Well, you know how the weather is, pretty much everywhere -- pretty unpredictable. March weather would probably be in the 60s and 70s, but there would still be a fairly decent likelihood of snow. November highs would likely be in the 40s and 50s, with an even greater likelihood of snow. Where will you be coming from?

I was in Sedona end of November with days well above cut off of 50 degrees. But seems much colder in Arches Brisges Canyon, or not?

Yes. I mean, it's not terribly unusual to get temps slightly above 50 or so in late November, but I wouldn't want to chance it myself.

Bryce and Zion are only about an hour-and-a-half drive from each other, but their elevations are drastically different. Zion would be much the same as the Moab area, if not a little warmer, during the periods of time I mentioned. Bryce has an elevation of over 8,000' so it's going to be pretty chilly until mid-May at least. And during the summer months, it's generally a good 10 degrees or more cooler than Zion. For me, the best time to visit Bryce would be in September or early October.
