Hi all!

Anyone here work for, or know someone who works for, Young Living out of Lehi? I am considering applying for a job there, and am looking for a little info on things like:

corporate culture (laid back, formal, etc)
quality of work environment (supportive, mentors, employer paid cafeteria, cube world, etc)
dress code
"free product" - how much?
quality of health care plan
salaries - there is not usually a way to know exactly what someone would make, but do they pay more/less than expected (for example, I temped in Las Vegas and couldn't break $10/hr. In L.A. I used to make at least $16)
any other pertinent information would be great

Also, if we relocated, what areas would you recommend we look in? We are married, no kids, need a yard for the dog. Would prefer a commute 20 mins or so. If in Lehi, what part of town? If out of Lehi, what community do you recommend? We live very rural right now, with closest "big shopping" (Costco, Mall, etc) 90 miles away. So having more space is more important to us than having to be "right next to" the movie theatres, shops, etc.

Lastly, and thanks for bearing with me, would like a community with a "small town" downtown shopping type of feel if possible. That's what we have now, and I am a big proponent of knowing who you are doing business with when you can. We have 5,000 population now, and you are always seeing someone you know or doing business with them.

Any help is VERY appreciated!! Thanks!
