Any type of mosquito problem in the Cedar City area ?. Moving shortly and would like to know if I should bring the "Mosquito Magnet".

Mosquitos?? In Cedar?? No. No mosquitos there. You might find wasps and bees (the state bird), but no nuisance bugs. Maybe spiders and an occasional scorpion.
I don't know about Cedar, but St. George has a bug problem...roaches. I think Cedar's altitude and overall climate prevents it from having the same problem. You should find Cedar relatively bug free...and that's NICE!!
