I want to travel but I dont have a tourist permit, just my visa, and my kids are born here in USA, what can happen if the stop me at the airport like this?

I'm not sure what you mean when you say you "don't have a tourist permit". You don't need any sort of permit to travel within the US if you are already in the US. To go through security for a domestic flight at a US airport you just need a valid state drivers licence. As far as I'm aware you won't even get asked for ID if you are travelling around the US by car or bus, but of course it is useful to have some form of US ID if you get into trouble anywhere. Lots of US citizens travel around the US with nothing but a drivers licence so you're not likely to get asked for anything else. If you want to travel overseas, then you would need to have the relevant visa for the country you intend to visit (and your children would need passports and visas for overseas travel as well even though they are US citizens). To get back into the US after travel overseas you would need to have either a US passport or a foreign passport with either a US immigration visa or US green card.
