office space in Heber/Midway? (lease, to live, moving)

Is there much office space available for lease in Heber/Midway area. My wife and I are thinking of moving there to open a chiropractic practice in Heber/Midway.

Speaking of which is chiropractic even a needed service in the Heber area? Any help with this would huge!

All kiddingaside, Heber is a tough place to get started in, no matter what your business is.
As for aches n pains, well....these folks have learned to live with em.

As for office space....there's plenty, and available no matter where ya look.

Also, you mentioned that these people have learned to live with their pains...that's an interesting perspective that I had not thought of. Do you know people in Heber with this mindset that would not go to a chiropractor? You're right their are a couple chiropractors there, but there's certainly still room for more assuming its a good place. Thanks so much for your help...I look forward to your reply.
