Hi everybody,I'm thinking of moving to Vancouver and I love the trailer park life and cheap rent, any suggestions? I would prefer one with a carport because of all the rain. Thanks

I also like to golf so if you know of any trailer parks on a golf course with reduced member rates that would also be cool,I still need a carport for my pacer wagon and pargo golf cart

A trailer park on a Golf Course?

Not that I know of, granted I haven't visited every golf course in the area.

Can't think of any 'econo' MH parks on golf course in Vancouver. But there are some real nice senior MHP's (are you 55+)?

I would check Woodland as a better community for this (less rent pressure).

Carson, WA has some inexpensive MHPs with rentals and a public golf course in town. There are several private acreages near golf course that have rental Mobile Homes. Skamania County also has GREAT transportation options to get to Vancouver (~ 30 minutes), and a superb 'senior' program (if you are eligible.) There are also some significant 'meth' problems in the region, as is typical with rural we_t WA. Keep the golf cart chained to the carport, or locked up.
