Found a rental home in this neighborhood. Anyone know bad/good? I heard it has a gravel out behind the house they dig in. Weird

Camas, Washington

There is nothing wrong with the neighborhood, no. I never considered it Camas... it is more Vancouver, Washington. The homes in that area are newer and mainly close together neighborhoods. There is a shopping area with a grocery store for all the residents. If I remember right, it is a QFC store. The area is also historically a more wealthy area, though the newer housing development might lower that rating.

The only odd thing when entering this area of the city is driving through the gravel pits, but I have never heard complaints about it. Once you drive by it, you are in a forested area surrounded by look-a-like houses. Not sure about the noise or the dust pick up from the gravel, but I will assume it isn't a problem. The area is all mostly new development as Vancouver continues to spread eastward towards Camas.

You are close to services and other big box store shopping there. Camas is also a nice quiet town with a very nice tree lined historic downtown.
