I'm 30 years old and I just moved here for a job and I know zero people. Introvert or not, I need to get out of my apartment and get some new friends because I'm getting kinda lonely! I like kayaking, fishing, sci-fi, cool art (not modern), photography, and I want to see the sights around the PNW. I was thinking about driving down to crater lake by myself but I think it would be more fun with people - maybe a road trip?

Any ideas? Looking for people close to my age. If you want to hang out and make a new friend let me know!

I belive there is thick smoke from forest fires near Crater Lake now. Don't start driving till you check everything out first.

I'd recommend driving to the Coast over a weekend, if you want to go somewhere. Seaside seems to attract a young crowd.

People here are very into outdoirs stuff. I think joining a hiking group is a good idea if there are other young members.
